Who hired these blowhards to announce the Celtics/Pelicans game?

I put them in the category of Dick Vitale, Bill Walton, and Joe Buck.

They don't know when to shut up with their stupid drivel and just call the action.

Makes my ears bleed !!!!

At least Vitale puts a smile on my face.

You gotta mute this shit literally lol.

If those 2 really fought, I think I would bet on Lowry. simmons just doesn't seem like a tough guy to me.

Unless the tall guy is really disciplined about using his jab and controlling distance, the smaller guy can often do well with his quicker and shorter punches. Plus, though Lowry is definitely shorter, Simmons doesn't outweigh him by a whole bunch.

C'mon, Magic! Hang onto this for me. I placed moneyline bets on them in a single and in a 4-team parlay.

No problem. ...I loved to watch that former Kansas Jayhawk

I remember watching him play against the Knicks when I first began following the NBA back in the late 60's -early 70's, when I was growing up in NY.
Very good PG from what I recall, and he always had a smile on his face.

What's up with all the bad blood in the NBA the last couple of days? It reminds me of the old Patrick Ewing PSA where he advises people to just squash it.

This is a terrible defeat.

Orlando entered this game at 4-27 since the 8-4 start to their year.

I think they're tired. This is the T-Wolves' 4th game in a week.

Also, the Magic are well rested, having last played 4 days ago.

Terrible officiating recently has been leading to lots of short tempers all around the association.

IMHO..some of the current crop of refs shouldn't even be allowed anywhere near an NBA game.

Tougher than Simmons.
It would likely go about the same as this.

You don't see that type of intentional foul anymore. LOL! The NBA and/or the NBPA must've sent out a memo instructing players not to jump on the backs of poor free throw shooters

Interesting how early in the game, the Cavs have exploited

The last couple of years, the Cavs went through a lot of stuff in mid-season. Firing Blatt. Lebron sitting out 10 days. Bad D last year -- and bad record in Jan.

The main concern is that the Cavs think they can flip a switch and walk through the East. It has worked the last couple of years -- but we'll see.

Agree. Sooner or later, you flip the switch and the light doesn't come on. Be interesting to see if this is the year it happens. Not holding my breath though. lol
