Phillies sign Caesar Hernandez for $5.1 million dollars. This is his 2nd year of arbitration. Quite a bargain
for a top ten rated 2nd baseman in the league. Hope they do not trade him. Good leadoff players are hard to find at any price.

Opening up Galvis' position means Phils have a solid four on the left side and up the middle; Franco, Crawford, Hernandez with Kingery waiting to bust out. I'm sure Maikel will dry out by next month.
