Well shit. Didn't show up to play at all against a garbage team and it gets topped off with Mariota breaking his leg halfway thru the game. What a pooptastic way to end the season. Oh well. It was still a successful season all things considered.

1-4 against the terrible AFCS is simply unacceptable.

Giving away that game against the Colts after Thanksgiving hurt bad.

Especially when the corner turned a sure pick into a TD for the Colts.

Guess that means they're going DB with one of their 1st round picks. That's fine, but I'd prefer to have Mike Williams or Corey Davis first. I'd really like to see this team finally get a stud receiver

I'd like this team to trade down to 12 from CLE so they can get 33.

at 12 go WR if you want, although I might be tempted to take Foster as BPA.

18 would be BPA or a trade down which could mean Davis, Njoku, or Engram

33 I'm hoping Tim Williams is still there, if not this is probably best CB available.

With those RD 3 picks I'd love to get Sidney Jones and Jourdan Lewis (hence my hope for Williams at 33).

Fuck yeah! Got the big time receiver I wanted with Corey Davis at #5. I was thinking it was gonna be Adams right there but I'm glad they went with Davis considering all the other good receivers were drafted in the top 10 which means we weren't getting one at 18. Plus, Davis is the one I wanted most. He looks to be a total stud.

Picked up Adoree Jackson at #18. Good playmaking DB but I'm a little worried about his size. Was hoping Johnathan Allen would fall to us but those bastard Redskins got him one slot ahead of us. Personally though, I would have taken OJ Howard here. Delani Walker is getting old and Howard is the best TE prospect in the draft and can be a horse. DB is a bigger need but of the DBs that were there, I don't think they were worth taking over someone like Howard. Regardless, we're off to a very good start.

2nd biggest loser so far.

Two bad reaches. Each by at least 10 spots.

Could've had Jonathan Freaking Allen and OJ Howard or Reuben Foster.

Both are grand slam firs rounds.

Instead they get a C. At best.

You're nuts. In no way is Davis a reach. Him and Williams are elite receiver prospects. It's obvious they did their homework as all the elite WR prospects were gone in the Top 10. They wanted a WR, thru their contacts realized one wasn't going to be there at 18, and made the pick.

Considering the talent at WR that dropped, that was a mistake.

They could've had Allen and Howard in round 1.

Used their first 3rd on Douglass and their 2nd 3rd on Darboh and their 4th on Butt and come out much further ahead than they did. I also really liked Malone, the local kid as a WR. Dobbs was the one holding him back.

12-9 win over the Browns in OT. Can we fire Mularkey just on principle?

he would've been fine as the OC.

Is it time for Chip Kelly with Rex Ryan as the DC yet?

Still debating who I'd want as the OC, but if I can't get Wade for DC I want Ryan.

No need for a new DC. Dick Lebeau is gonna live forever

Lebeau's defense is ranked 11th in the NFL and has saved the day a couple times.

However it would be nice if the offense snapped out of its funk.

Over the Titans last four games - DeMarco Murray 43 carries for 80 yards, 1.9 ypc. Derrick Henry 39 carries for 189 yards, 4.8 ypc.

Definitely time for Henry.

But every week like clockwork Murray is out there but its not doing any good if he is hurting the team.

I don't care what the record is or if they sneak into the playoffs. Mularkey has got to go. That offense is terrible, outdated, and predictable. Like you said, Henry is better but they keep playing Murray. But they also run too much in general and all the plays come from the same set so you know what's going to happen. 1st and 2nd down, under center, its a run. Any time its a shotgun set, its a pass. Every team knows what's coming. That's why Mariota has struggled more this year

You made an excellent point here. You described the situation perfectly.

I quoted some of what you said and made a new post to guage what others think of the whole thing.

i gotta hand it to the Titans as a team. They keep finding ways to win even though they aren't doing anything particularly well.

The last 2 weeks of the season will be good tests for them against the Rams and Jaguars. I will be interested to see how they fair in those match-ups.

I can't decide if I want to root for this team to make the playoffs or miss the playoffs and fire Mularkey to get rid of that god awful offense.

But considering its Tennessee, the most likely outcome is they will miss the playoffs and keep all the coaches. :L
