Wow. Texas is giving Duke the business.

And this is a VERY young Texas team. But Shaka Smart is going to have a field day recruiting if they win this game. Hell even if they don't.......he's proving just how good a coach he is.

wow - going to overtime

duke has not looked like the same team i've watched in other games this year. They've played like freshmen. Coach K is going to use this game for some heavy duty teaching next week.

but i thought that we were sunk with about seven minutes to go in the game. The fact that we got it to overtime is great news.

I'm honestly not sure who's benefitted in overtime with both Allen and Bamba out. We don't have our leader, but they also don't have their best player to counter our inside game. Should be a very interesting overtime.

As for Dylan Osetkowski - wow - he's amazing - he's been playing like LeBron today for the Longhorns, running a point forward role to perfection.

Great game to Texas.

I can definitely see that team making significant noise in the Big XII and the NCAA Tourney.

I really thought you had us beat for a long time during that game.

Like I said above, Osetkowski is a beast, and he has the ability to lead that team from the forward position, as a point forward. That's something that not many teams will have this year, and teams will have a great deal of difficulty duplicating in practice when preparing to face UT.

I'm very glad to have this W over you. I don't think very many teams will be able to boast one of those this year, if you can replicate this effort on a regular basis.

The Longhorns are definitely not a team I'd rather see us face again in March or April

If you have more upper classman than ONE Junior and ONE Senior you are older than Duke.

Couldn't keep them off the line

Duke got Freethrows like crazy. Every Texas player seemed to be in foul trouble.

Letting another teams get +15 free throw attempts is always a recipe to lose.

And Texas did itself no favors by missing the few attempts they got instead in the 2nd half.

Shouldn't have blown that 14 point lead they had with 8 to go or so. Good learning experience for them though. Duke is a top 5 team. Your boys were better most of the night
