It wasn't an unfair criticism of Dak, it's just presumptuous and hot taek-y territory we're approaching here presently which is just as silly as the more militant anti-Wentz takes people had after last year.

I do find it ironic the supporting cast argument is now on the other side of the foot with eerily opposite results.

Now you are just being one of those ignorant people who want to make it be the way you see it.
Same amount of time Zeke has been missing Smith has been missing.
Cowboys had a running game tonight, which right there should debunk your infatuation, that Dak's struggles is because of Zeke. However if thats not enough there has been games where Zeke has been shutdown & Dak still played well.
The problem isnt missing Zeke. The problem is he has about 2 seconds before he is getting hit when he drops back to pass. Therefore the real Problem is the scrub we have playing Left tackle in place of our all pro. Not a running game.
The running game helps the defense from looking like scrubs, but you cant blame Dak for the defense.

BTW I have heard many of commentators say the Eagles has the best line this year. Your Running game ran for over 200 yards tonight, so it is kind of funny how you are saying the only reason Dak looked good is for the same scenario that Wentz finds himself in right now. LOL
But just so you know Smith missing is the biggest issues for the Cowboys offense. (Not Zeke) Which honestly you already know (& in other posts basically admitted) but keep hounding it is because of Zeke (after your victory I might add)

tired of hearing how 'good' dak is. he came into the situation of having a playoff caliber team, solid receivers, a great back and great o-line. i (and many others) have been waiting to see what happens when that situation even slightly changes.

he clearly started off in a place most rookie QB's can only dream of. he's nowhere near close to carrying an average, hurt or mediocre offense. he hasn't even shown the ability to guide them to a respectable game yet. he's looked as plain as can be throwing balls into the ground, air mailing them and making mistakes.

I’d take Wentz over Dak all day every day and twice on sundays. However, next year Dak could come out and dominate, while wentz takes a step back. Then, instead of philly fans annoying the general board with their hard ons for Wentz, Dallas fans will be annoying the general board with their hard ons for Dak.

I don't have an opinion on which QB is better. The Eagles are playing the best football in the NFL right now. Wentz is playing really well. So is the Eagles OL and defense.

Dak is discovering that playing football without an offensive line is not fun. He should reach out to Russell Wilson and take notes.

Wentz is obviously the better of the two right now. Helps that he's got an actual defense and decent weapons this year. Sophomore slump decided to his Dak and not Wentz or Goff and I'm not complaining about it.

The question is whether WENTZ was better than DAK.... not whether Wentz had a good game
For the purposes of the OP topic, what matters is the comparison of the two, not the stats alone.

Wentz had a supposedly off game. (2 Tds, 3 2pt passes, 0 Ints, 0 sacks)
He complimented a good defensive effort and running game.

Prescott was the worst player on the entire field. (0 Tds, 3 Ints, 4 sacks)
He undermined a pretty good defensive effort and running game.

Wentz was a (C+) game.
Prescott was a (F-) game.

That means that Wentz was much much better even when he wasnt at his very best last night.

i have, i still havent seen him "carry his team on his back". did he carry them to 7 wins last year with his 79 rating and 14 picks?

when has he carried them this year? that defense is insane and they have 3 legit RB's.
