Ya know...

I said from the start I was not going to get my expectation up this year after being let down year in an year out. So I am bummed we lost, but not shocked. BK was unprepared once again!!! This seems to happen once or twice a year. We win a close one, then get smoked in the other. Like my good friend BB say's "it is what it is"....

I also said this before, not sure on here. But this team lives and dies with this OL and once we are forced to throw the ball, we will lose and lose bad. That is exactly what happened. They wanted Wim to throw the ball and he couldn't. That is why we went to Ian, but the game was to big for him at that moment. I honestly think he needs to get more reps and start eventually. Wim has had plenty of times to get his shit together and has failed to do so. For someone who so highly talked about, man what a bust right now.

BK is the worse in game coach and it showed again. Not sure if Long falls into that category right now...but this is BK team. People kept telling me it was Long's fault when I mentioned how bad of an in game coach BK is. I kept telling them that this is BK team and who has the track record of shitting himself when things don't go his way at the start of the game....no more was talked about after that.

i really don't understand BK defenders. they'll twist themselves in knots looking for excuses for his pityfullness (if such a word exists). he's a small time coach given a big time job he really can't handle. saying he's better than of the atrocious coaches we've had since holtz just isn't satisfying to me. i'd like to see a real, big time coach at this big time school. too much to ask?

Navy home game for us... time to rebound and go 10-2. Get in a good bowl game. Next season should be good. Lots of returning starters.

I say we still win the next 2, stay in top 5, and try to get in a good bowl game.

That's gonna be a big concern for me next year.

IMO, big time coaches wont come here because ND is so strict academically. They want the big name kids who only want to play football, just get passing grades, take easy classes (Ballroom dancing class) for 2 years and move onto the NFL. I would name some schools, but I think you can think of a few..

Yeah. We are losing a once in a generation guard and a really good, if slightly over-rated left tackle. We are keeping the center and right side. Liam Eichenberg will probably go to LT and Kramer might go to LG. RT is Hainsey's job to lose.

They're saying it will be tough to keep Josh Lugg off the field too.

But it will be like going from Jaylon Smith to Tevon Coney.

Jurkovec is going to blow by all of these guys. Question is, does pighead Kelly redshirt Jurkovec and keep Wimbush the starter, hoping a leopard changes its spots, or does he put them in a position to win.

According to several talent evaluators, nds offensive line problems had more to do with spacing problems than Miami just dominating them. I don't know shit about offensive line technique etc but How doesn't that get fixed in game?
