Looks like they recalled DeSmith instead of Jarry.

Honestly probably a better option right now since they can keep Jarry playing every day in WBS.

I'm sure that's what they were thinking, but bringing Jarry up for a stretch dense with back-to-backs might not be the worst move. He'll get plenty of action.

Yeah, gotta keep Jarry sharp in case something happens to Murray (touch wood) and they need him to be a #1.

Yikes that was bad. Starting Murray back-to-back was a horrible idea. Goalies who start both have very bad records in the second game of a back-to-back.

Yesterday the Pens recalled G Jarry from the WBS and reassigned G DeSmith to WBS. So why didn't they just call up Jarry in the first place???

Nice win...Pens still look sluggish and the D is bad. Please, please, please move Letang. And Ruhwedhl sucks too. Thank god for Murray playing outstanding!

Hopefully they learned their lesson and Jarry will be in goal tonight and not Murray! There are 3 back to backs this month, and Jarry should play the second game in all of them.

At least they got a point last night "improving" their record in the second game of back to backs to 0-4-1. And, Jarry played well, according to the Pens website. Anybody see the game and can confirm this?

Jarry was equal to Murrays performance in both games of the Edmonton series. Pens are blessed with 2 stud goalies

The reports out of WBS have always been that Jarry is even better than Murray. It will be interesting to see them battle it out for #1 goalie. Although, that may not happen this year.
