Formula 1 makes its only appearance in the United States this week-end in Austin, Texas. This race is on my bucket list and I hear the track is exquisite and a fun place to watch a F-1 race. Hamilton is closing in on another championship as he'll create nearly unrecoverable distance between himself and Vettel with a win. Get your picks in as we are down to just four races to determine the championship both with F-1 and here with us!!

will be interesting to see how the rain mixes into things, I'm hoping for a more sure rain forecast so I can take some real shots in the dark in hopes of closing in

Right now, there is only a slim 0.09 seconds separating Vettel from Hamilton and Bottas is right behind Vettel. Should be a fascinating qualifications result later today.

And just like that, Hamilton runs away from Vettel and takes the pole. Bottas is third and Ricciardo is fourth.

Even though Hamilton got passed early in the race by Vettel, Hamilton came roaring back and disappeared for the win. Vettel placed second to keep his championship hopes alive, followed by Raikkonen who inherited this finish when Verstappen got called a foul and received a penalty. Verstappen finishes fourth followed by Bottas.

Good race as Mercedes wins yet another constructor championship. The driver's championship must wait until next week in Mexico.

Clearly a FOUL. IF they allow that pass why bother having tracks at all.

Go back to proper penalizing grass and sand trap run offs.

there should grass right off the track limits, that way no one is tempted to go there

More evidence of F-1 demonstrating its double and triple standards that is killing this series. Gene Haas has been right all along.
