I don't see his fire anymore. He used to have an unquenchable thirst for winning. Now - he just looks uninspired.

And so what about the roster. Its college, not the NFL. These kids will be gone before you know it.
That is true, but it takes a while to build up depth and experience at all positions. You go through 4 year cycles with kids and the trick is getting it timed right so there's experienced talent behind the guys who leave. We don't have that yet. We have a lot of young inexperienced talent on offense, and it shows. Flashes of great plays, followed up with just mistakes all over the place.

Now, if we see no improvement next year -- then I start to develop an issue with where we're going.

This is literally the dumbest thing ever. What a great idea -- a roster full of pro style talent, let's bring in a pure spread offense guy. That's worked before -- right? Harbaugh is fine. The roster is just young. We're a good, but not great, team this year. We're going to win 7-9 games and lose 3-5. This was somewhat expected. It just sucks that it played out that way.
Bullshit. You sat on here all offseason and said how you guys lost starters but rotated guys in so much that it wouldn't be that bad. Your defense has predictably been exposed as soon as you faced a real offense and your offense is an absolute train wreck. It's impossible to say with all honesty that you guys aren't incredibly frustrated in your highest paid coach in the country.

I disagree.

I'm frustrated with how this season has turned out. I'm also fully confident Harbaugh is capable, and will, fix it.

Honest question - How? You don't appear to have anyone resembling a real QB or RB on your roster. Without strength at those two positions, his offenses are useless, as we're seeing.

Harbaugh has some questions to answer in my opinion. Like after 3 years you have not developed a QB or a good o-line.

As a UofM fan I am disappointed and do think he was outreached by D'Antonio but he did loose almost both starting units to the draft/graduation last season. I didn't see them as a legit B1G contender but was hoping for a more disciplined team that competed.

Playing freshmen and sophomores in starting roles is ok for a few positions but you can't expect the number they have to step in right away.

The seats not warm but the luster is fading.

Relax it's alright ... no one ever wants to lose and it worse to lose that badly, but sometimes you need it to get better. 42-13 has been our biggest lost in the Harbaugh era. Twice once to Penn State and once to ohio state. Last time we came back with a 41-7 victory over Florida in the 2016 Citrus Bowl. We lost 11 starters to the NFL last year. I'm not complaining, more like bragging. We're young and were ok.

Michigan needs to find a QB or they're not going to be a serious factor nationally. O'korn and Speight simply aren't good enough.

Not fed up with Harbaugh. UM got exposed for what they are right now. A extremely young team with no quarterback. If there is one thing I am pissed about — it is not finding a QB who can even take snaps and gain experience this year.

Hats off to PSU — They found the mismatches all night and took full advantage of it. Mike McCrary trying to cover Barkley was humorous. If Barkley didn’t drop a few balls, it’d have been even worse.

And to UM fans, if Peters is given time under center in one of the games coming up against weaker teams and does well. DO NOT do what other fans did when O’Korn did well against Purdue and start saying he should have been in all along. There is a huge difference between performing against lesser teams and performing against top teams. As I told OSU fans as well when they were screaming for Barrett to be benched, the coaches aren’t sitting players just because. Their job is to win games and they are putting out the guys who give them the best chance to do that.

Without a doubt. Unfortunately, that isn’t the only issue on offense. The WR’s has struggled to get open, the OL has struggled with pass pro and run blocking. The offense, as a whole, has been terrible.
