No doubt the trojans are still missing quite a few injured players. Every indicator you can think of points to WSU winning and still I just can't jump on board with that. I mean I'd love to see that happen, but I just can't pick them.

I almost think Wazzou needs this win more than USC. They're ranked 16th because I don't think there are really any other options right now. They looked like hot garbage to finish the year last year and haven't faced anyone with a real pulse yet this year, so a win here would go a long way in legitimizing their early season success.

I'm not a casual CFB fan and I refer to Texas as a crap team because they are indeed a crap team. A 4-win team being #23 preseason? Bullshit. They can't beat Maryland? Bullshit. They can BARELY beat a fucking Iowa State team that is the shit show of the Big 12 and has been for quite some time now. I read everywhere on here that the reason they were #23 preseason was because of their new coach, yet you're saying that because of this new coach, the team would have major setbacks. Which one is it? Texas did play a solid game against USC, and that's because USC is not as good as they need to be in order to be a top 5 team in the country.

The part that makes me really weary is SC is very thin on the D line.A lot of players playing through injuries.And their best pass rusher Gustin who plays the predator role looks like he will still be out.Jack Jones is on the smaller side but he's not Adoree.He doesn't have that same athletic ability to compensate for height differentials.He has his moments he looks good.But he also has his moments that make you just kinda say wtf.Also doesn't help when he loses composure or gets over excited and takes dumb penalties.Marshall has looked great at times and others a bit to physical.Their best player in the secondary imo Harris is playing injured.Bottom line SC will need to contain the run.And they will definitely need someone to step up and get some kind of pass rush. I haven't seen Wazzu play this year so I have nothing to use to gauge them.But y'all do look like you have a great team.And they definitely make me nervous.

Ya, not sure on what winning streak it was but mathematically it's impossible to have a 13 game winning streak in Pullman since we won in 02. So it'd be at most a 6 or 7.

defensive rankings seem to support washington st in both stopping the run and the pass. not sure if im buying that or if its just lesser opponents. boise st got blown out by virginia so obvious they arent who they once were

Our corners haven't been tested and our defensive line is very small. Our safeties are really good (at least Thomspon is) and we have really fast athletic defenders...but they are very small.
