I know they did, it was around that time that the writing was on the wall about White. There were several OSU beat writers who said White was a real possibility, with a couple even predicting he'd commit.

Snead is a mid-high prospect, but I have him a distant 3rd behind Gill and Teague in this class. His highlight reel is just not that impressive. I'm surprised he's ranked as highly as he is, honestly. I don't see him making much of an impact, sort of like another Warren Ball or Jamaal Berry. Hopefully I'm wrong, but with our position with Dobbins, Teague, as well as our strong position with Noah Cain in 2019, I just see Snead as a guy who gets lost in the shuffle. I think both he and Antonio Williams finish their collegiate careers outside of Columbus, OH.

Teague is a 3 star kid. I have to his highlights. You seem very high on him

He's a 3* because last year was his first year as a starter and he wasn't particularly active on the camp scene. Then he came to OSU and blew it up. His highlight film is much more impressive than Snead's.

Looked to have some power. Shuttle time is good. 40 time is mediocre. Big vertical though.

Based on the highlights Dobbins should be starting, assuming he recovered 100%

Well based on summer work, Dobbins is on the outside looking in. He looks explosive but is having ball security issues. Meanwhile, Mike Weber ran a 4.35 electronic and put up 25 reps on the bench, so he's got a firm grasp as of right now.

As for Teague, at that spring camp where OSU offered him, he put up a 4.31 40 time, 40.7 vertical leap, and 4.00 3-cone. He's a beast at 5'11", 210.

Shame about fumble issues with Dobbins. That kid was electric.

I never trust on campus numbers. Baylor's entire team ran a 4.4 according to Briles and his lasers. Always seems to be a big difference between University 40 times and NFL 40 times. Hell, the Opening has some of the most inflated numbers of any event. I will go with his public testing numbers, which was a 4.59 40, 4.16 shuttle, and a 38.8 vertical, until I see a 3rd party number that is different

Remember the Texas vs Nebraska game, sometime aroun '07 or '8? The one where Jamaal Charles had over 100 yards in the fourth quarter.

Anyway, there was a couple Michigan guys sitting behinds us. Were in town for work, came to see a football game. Anyway, they missed most of the game. They were watching the parade of tan Texas co-eds going up and down the steps just to the left of us, in those thin paper dresses and cowboy boots. One of the Michigan guys tapped me on the shoulder, "we dont have NOTHING like that back home".

Always sticks out in my memories for some reason.:cheer2:

University of Michigan definitely is lacking in the co-ed dept. You just need ridiculous credentials academically to get in. Now Michigan State -- they are STACKED with smoking hot co-eds.

That being said -- every warm climate state is going to have more hot chicks, as they don't have the cold weather months where they can pack on the L B's and hide it with winter clothes.

It actually wasn't an OSU camp he did that at. It was down in Tuscaloosa.

Dobbins will be fine. Zeke had some fumble issues when he first came in. I see him as the starter in 2018.

No offense, but there is zero chance Mike Weber ran an electronically timed 4.35 unless it was a 35 yard dash. Handheld timed by his coaches -- I can definitely see that, because they are as fast as the coaches want to make them. (See Rashan Gary running a 4.5 at 290 lbs -- no chance)

Not to burst your bubble, but he's Texas bound as well.

Don't start this shit again. Cain is a 2019 kid. I can't take you and Across the field waging a 2 year slap fight.

@gobigred It appears Oklahoma survives the Nebraska visit. TJ says he's solid to Oklahoma.

Aron Cruikshank....

9_48279.gif

High 3-star, low 4-star ATH/WR/QB/KR Aron Cruikshank out of Brooklyn, NY committed to Wisconsin over his other finalist Penn State. Cruikshank also held offers from Ohio State and Michigan.

Aron Cruickshank, Erasmus Hall, Athlete

Wow....he is tiny, tiny tiny..... listed at only 5'9" 155lbs..... but.....this guy is friggin' quick and elusive AF. He has amazing stop & start and directional change ability combined with an incredible burst of acceleration. Watch his film.... he's the kind of player who can stop on a dime and leave you change before you even see him.

I believe Aron Cruikshank would be a high 4-star if he possessed a bit more size.

But being only 5'9" and 155lbs, he's gonna get killed if anyone is able to put a solid hit on him.

Hey @Moab @Smart @Great Dayne any word on what Chryst plans to do with this tiny guy?
