Right now neither does Fantrax.
We have used it for some different MBBRL leagues for a few years now. It takes some getting use to, but once you do it is a decent site.

@MilkSpiller22 , may I suggest to allow "illegal rosters" upon transactions. This can easily be policed after the fact, as all it does is cause chaos.
