On a slightly unrelated note..does anyone have any grilling suggestions for ham hocks?

2.) Cut a hole at the top about the circumference of a baby's arm;
3.) Fill it with a mixture of shredded chicken, sour cream and Frank's Red Hot;
4.) Put in microwave for 13 seconds; and

Do you know how to smoke meats on your grill??? I've personally never heard of straight up grilled hocks, always smoked...

ive put a small smoker box in a grill before, just adds a little flavor, not like truly smoking
