Huskers win the B1G regular season title with a 21-3 ass kicking against Penn State on Saturday. Penn State is trash. Might be the worst team in any Power 5 conference. Seriously, it's been a long time since I've seen a team play that poorly.

It was 21-0 going into the bottom of the 9th when they finally managed to scrape up a few runs. They gave up 10 walks, probably 15 passed balls, and I bet they plunked at least 5 Nebraska hitters. and 4 errors to top it all off.

Jake Meyers who was the starting pitcher and lead off hitter for the Huskers had 3 at bats by the time he had finally faced 3 hitters on the mound.

At any rate. Huskers are Big 10 Champs!

early 70s ASU Sun Devil team one year was statically better…Bevoz this year would have to run the table thru Omaha to overtake the best team ever…the PAC12s ASU.

Statistically maybe ASU was better but homestly anyone who says this years OSU team isn't is stupid. More teams are competitive these days, a team like Coastal Carolina never would have been competitive. Baseball titles now are much harder to come by than in the 90's much less the 80's and sooner.

Was at the ACC tournament for the semis and finals this past weekend and watched FSU knock off Duke in the semis then UNC in the finals and clinch a Regional host. Good weekend down in Louisville
