Tate Wildeman (DE) committed. Iowa legacy I believe, so that's fun. Not super highly ranked but people who know about such things say his measurables and film look good.

"My recruiting process will still be open", why even commit?

Marquez Beason becomes the first commit of the 2019 class, a bit early to start a thread on the 2019 class, but this is a HUGE pick up out of Texas.
oh, missed this post. i didn't realize he was 2019. what would you put on the % chance he sticks?

Also, MR said we have 9 commits and one more coming shortly. Either he can't count or there are a couple that aren't public yet.

Boy, Husker coaches really taking over twitter today on their recruiting trips thru Nebraska. Pretty cool to see pictures of the coaches in front of all the different high schools throughout the state. This staff has their shit together.

WOW WOW WOW. I did not think that was possible at all.

So, after googling this, it looks like Penn State does not like recruits looking around at all. Which seems dictatorial to me.

For me, I would suck at recruiting because I would tell every young man to take the five free trips to make sure he is making an informed decision about something that is fairly important since it is going to be around 25% of his lifetime at that age.

Yes, Nebraska is in it for Bleich, no I do not think a commitment is imminent but Nebraska seems to be the team to beat right now. Part of the reason he decommitted from PSU is because he felt he committed to early in the process. I could see him taking his time with this one, but Nebraska will always be firmly in the mix.

As for Riley saying we have 9 commits, I think Goodrich and the Kicker are likely two of them.

I have the inside track on what's going on and I'm hearing Huskerz fer Champz.

Slight possibility of not being Champz but it's like 0.0%

Barrett Pickering Kicker/punter

Position of need

Barret Pickering | Kohl’s Football Kicking Camps, Punting Camps, and Snapping Camps

Barret Pickering, Hoover, Kicker

79 kickoffs, 66 touchbacks
49 XP attempted, 49 XP made

main problem is that he is an Alabama kid and Vanderbilt has offered. Vanderbilt is one hell of a school for education. I know vandy is in Tennessee, but Nashville is a fun city and Nashville is not that far from Birmingham.

Biggest thing Nebraska has Nebraska is kicker U.

Hope he commits.

Hoover is a national HS powerhouse, I'm shocked the AL schools haven't offered him yet
