POLL Chicken Fried Steak

Had this debate come up tonight -ketchup or gravy? My parents are in town and my mom makes the best chicken fried steak. Me and mom are ketchup people but my dad and wife go with the gravy. My 4 year old went with gravy tonight because he wants to be like papa but normally smothers ketchup on everything because he is 4. Apparently my uncle put both on his as a kid because it grossed out mom and still does it.

We didn't come to a consensus so I'm wondering what the rest of the world thinks.

It's fucking round steak. It has three options. Fajita meat, stir fry, or chicken fried. Plus it's tenderized so no way it comes out anything better than medium well.
