My guess is Markkanen leaves and Trier probably does too(even though he probably shouldn't) but they bring in a top 5 class and a transfer from UNC-Asheville who averaged 14 a game as a true freshman.

OK.

I agree.

Just wanted to make sure we had the same baseline set.

If Trier stays being preseason #1 is a very realistic possibility. I also think Gonzaga could be a very realistic possibility to be #1 if NWG and Collins stay.

Is Collins a threat to leave?

He's a likely lotto pick.

Wow. I had no idea. I mean, I've been pretty impressed from what I've seen, but seems like they don't use him all that much. Keep in mind I've seen maybe 6 Gonzaga games this year.

I would say the threat is there. It would be in his best interest to stay since he'll be logging major minutes with Karnowski leaving. My guess is he'd be a mid to late 1st rounder this year, but draft express has him in the lotto for 2018.

The reason I thought this was Few's best Gonzaga team is that the two best NBA prospects didn't even start(Collins and Tillie) that's the kind of depth that not even a lot of power programs have. And NWG is the best pure PG they've had under Few IMO.

That's what happens when you can land transfers the way that Few does.

You can let those guys develop off the bench.

If he declares I'll be he's a late lotto pick after workouts. He might be the best big in this class.

Also UNC's Bradley is really impressive off the bench. I'd love to see guys like Meeks to get 2 quick fouls so I can see more of him.

Yeah and Gonzaga even has two highly regarded freshman who are taking redshirts this year because of injury issues. This team could have been even deeper which is really scary. And I'm sure if they have a scholly available they'll land a grad transfer who will be an immediate impact like Mathews and Welsey a couple years ago.

Yeah I can definitely see that. His workouts will be impressive no matter when he declares.

I could see him sneaking into the top 10. Let's face it. This is a weak draft for true legit size. There are some really interesting wings and guards at the back end of RD 1 (Juwon Evans, Monte Morris, Kennard, Mitchell etc.)

But the best bigs after a guy like colilns? You're talking about guys like Allen, Patton, and the other Collins. The first 2 may or may not even declare.

Do you have a minute to talk about Joe Burrow?

It makes me kinda want Uconn to just give up football and go to the BE.

Not like the football program will ever win the NC anyway.
