Since the same thing happened in D2, I think perhaps we need to take the same action. Not sure a vote is needed. The fireworks all occurred in D1, but I think if Micro is indeed voted out of D1 and MBBRL, that it would make sense to replace him in D2 as well.

Well IMO if he was doing shit in the other leagues and has already done some shady shit in the MBBRL, then what are we waiting for? Let's do the deed, have a vote for Shady and we can move on. At least that way we would know how many spots there are and how many peeps need to be voted in. I don't think it's necessary. It's like you said, things got heated on both ends and he technically didn't break any rules. I think we have enough other shit to deal with anyway.

I'm fine with a three times your out rule. Lets face it, three times is to often and I'm with Bandit in I rather it just be a hard fast rule that doesn't entail discussion on whether it's justified or not, less drama.

Honestly, I thought he meant 3 times for eternity. Yeah, 3 times in 1 season would be ridiculous. But I still don't like the clause because that makes it seem like it is okay to do it twice.

Nobody is stepping up on the commish front. If none of the original members want the job I will Throw my name in the ring.

However, if @leftypower, @averagejoe, @Sam Sportboy, or @Yellow Fuzzies want the job, that is where my vote is going. Also, whoever ends up serving, I hope that @canesandfinsfanatic will continue to do the write ups. Those are shoes I do not think any of us can fill so well.

Anyways..I want to make sure that anything that may or may not have happened under my watch has been addressed before the baton is passed.

Does ANY ONE have any issues they feel they need to address, anything whatsoever? Anything to add? I really want the new administration to get a good clean slate, and now is that time. So please, speak.

My one final thing is, we need to give Chef a little time before we officially write him off. And regardless, his "spot" wouldn't be up for nominations. Precedent, and the league rules, say that the A player up for relegation with the highest power ranking gets "saved" and stays in the A league. 2 B's move up, and a B league spot opens up

The semantics of the constitution/rules are being ironed out, which should address everything that's been discussed..as it pertains to MBBRL as a whole.

There's still some D1 and D2 stuff to work out, especially who is filling Micros spots..I think between OBX, Lefty, myself, and anyone else would like the job of D1 commish, and the members of those leagues we can figure that out on our own, since, if for no other reason than the MBBRLcomish's sanity, that's asking a lot
