No one defended any actions that may have caused him to be incarcerated for the next 7-20 if all of that is true. He didn't ask for it, and one was offered. I have no opinion on it because there is nothing specific to actually have an opinion on. I only offered up opinions on what either of you presented here and those cases are quite clear.
