Overrated - Michigan state
While I also think OSU is overrated, they're probably still a top 15 team. MSU on the other hand is, IMO, not only not a top 15 team, but I'm suspect that they'll even finish in the top 25.

Underrated - Baylor
Baylor - I think they'll be better than a lot of people expect.

Yeah, I do this post every year. I've never won my own contest or even come close. But at least I have never finished in the negatives. You look at some of the entries....picking a team ranked #11+ as overrated is risky. If they finish in the top 5 you lose a lot of points.
