just wanted to post that my thoughts and prayers are with Dallas community

There are no words to describe the horrific events that happened in Dallas. Prayers to all who have been affected by this sickening, hateful act of violence.

We need a lot more love in this country. GOD BLESS everyone in the DFW area.

My oldest is a 13 year veteran of the Dallas Police Department. Very scary night, thankfully he wasn't hurt.

OMG PDay, goosebumps. I can't imagine what your family has been going through the last 24 hrs. My sincere thoughts and prayers to you and your family, especially your son who has the most dangerous job in this country today...i know you are very proud, as you should be.

Having a son or daughter on the force is stressful enough without all the added tension.

It's a great rewarding profession for many...a calling of sort. Like almost everything in life, it's the 1% that often casts the shadow on all. The story really is the police wife or husband and their children on nights like last Thursday. Thankfully in our family we have Grandma...she always knows just what to say & do in these times, I just put my finger in her belt loop.

Cowboys are overrated once again, and the defending NFCE Champions starting QB Kirk Cousins is waaaay better than any back up the boys have on the bench. Hell, KC might end up being better than Romo. Fingers crossed for a healthy Cowboy team in 2016 because if healthy, and you don't win the NFCE, it will get ugly. Cheers fellas.... Have a good rest of the summer.
