Apparently, Recovery time depends on severity and could be anywhere from a few days to eight weeks.

So no one will know how bad this is until the mri.

All nba fans hoping for the best.
It would be a huge let down if Curry is out for the playoffs and certainly take a lot of the excitement out of it. Here is hoping its just a strain and he can get back- or if it is a sprain -its a lowgrade one. A sprain- by definition is a stretching or tearing of a ligament. If its a lowgrade sprain - as Gordon says- he could just be out a handful of days - if its a more serious one it could be minor surgery and out 2 months....

it seems to be somewhere in between from the reports.

Unfortunately the injuries to the foot/ankle and knee are on the same leg. Just doesn't seem its going to happen for the Dubs this year. Its a shame because its almost certain the team breaks up this year. Can't afford Barnes or both Ezili and Bogut. Iggy and the Blur are getting up there. Like to see them get it this year.
thats the thing- once you start getting leg injuries and trying to play through them they start effecting other things....Kyrie started with a bad ankle last postseason and he over compensated and thats when he hurt the opposite knee....

I don't want that.

We can't beat them at full strength.

But, I really wanted to see if the gap in talent was really as big as perceived.

If so, I would be at peace if Blake got traded this Summer.
Mecca, I haven't seen your name on Sportshoopla in quite a while. How are you?

Without Curry it will be hard to get by the Clippers. Then if they possibly do in a long hard fought battle, the Spurs or even the Thunder would get the best of them. Hopefully we see Curry back and at least give it a go if he can soon.

OT!!

I'm good, Sir.

Longtime, no see!

How are you?

You and @Dolemite censored need to migrate to the NBA boards for the playoffs.
I'm good and I miss communicating with you, you have so much knowledge of sports.Yes I have to spend more time on NBA boards, even if my Lakers didn't perform very well this year. I read that the Lakers fired Scott. Dolemite and I live in the same area in the Pacific Northwest.

It was a shame to see Curry go down with another injury. You can tell he was visibly upset about it and players mentioned he was emotional in the locker-room about it as well.

If there was any bright side, I was very encouraged by the second half performance of the Warriors. They came out fired up and played with a fire lit under them. They need to do their best to close out this series on Wednesday.

Also hoping for the Blazers to take the Clips to 7.

I will say it is refreshing watching a game in this series without the crowd oooing and ahhhing after every play.

*Draymond Green shoots a free throw, Warriors fans go nuts*

Seriously get a grip GS fans.
There is always the option of changing the channel.

He needs to be a focal point and he also needs a true PG. with Harden handling the ball most the time Howard stood no chance.
Yet he knew that BEFORE he signed there and went anyway. Howard doesn't need to be a focal point- he needs to do what centers do and protect the rim & get rebounds. His offense should not be his sole concern.

Draymond is quintessential "love him if he plays for your team, hate him otherwise" type of player.

Say what you want about him on the court, he's a complete class act off the court.

This isn't anything new for the Warriors. The lame officiating seems to be apparent in a lot of their games-but fortunately they're so dominant it doesn't usually affect the outcomes.

The Warriors are not victims of the refs. I've seen plenty of games of other teams to know that other teams get shitty reffed games as well.

No rant necessary.
I know most people's perception of Beasley.
I also know this series, that when he's been on the court, the Rockets are a ton more competitive then when he's not.
I have to agree. He's actually kept them in the game at times. Wonder how well that will go over in the locker room.

Really worried about a mcl injury for curry.. Of course this would happen
I'm thinking he banged it pretty hard- but the fact that he was able to walk, run & move around after half time is a good sign. It might just be really sore and better after a couple of days rest.

Motiejunas fell in the exact spot where Curry went down literally 1 second before. No way to prevent that.
Curry had already complained to a ref earlier in the game about a wet spot in that same position. My thoughts are maybe there's a slight dip in that spot which causes a wet spot to puddle slightly.

Yeah I think everyone should stop trying to play MD and wait til the MRI results come out tomorrow. The way Dubs fans are talking you would think he just torn his ACL. For all we know, the MRI results could say Knee Sprain that will force him to miss two weeks
I don't think it's that serious either- he was able to walk, run and move around the court after half time. Those are indications it's probably really sore from him banging it hard on the floor.
