That doesn't mean they'll change anything. This little invitation also goes a long way to disproving Saban's fake opposition to the camps. As I said in the other thread, this has everything to do with Saban not wanting someone else on his "turf". If he doesn't show up, how can he complain? If he shows up, how can he complain?

And before you claim "nuh uh" like you did in the other thread, it's not just me who thinks so -- it's the national media as well:

Jim Harbaugh's invite ups ante in satellite wars - Big Ten Blog - ESPN

"What Harbaugh has done is call the bluff of every satellite camp critic. There's nothing behind their argument, of course, but the selfish desire to protect their own turf. If anything, Big Ten schools are merely closing the gap on a huge recruiting disadvantage by seeing a lot of prospects out of their area at one time in camps like these."

Even using the "turf" argument like I did the other day.

Lol. Maize is wrong again. It amazes me how people like this never learn their lesson.

The NCAA is going to close the loophole will be all that happens. They've already said it's a top priority. The only holdup now are the slow wheels of bureaucracy.

They said they'll look at it. If they definitively said they'll close it, they would have said that.

There is no reason to look at it if they aren't going to close it. Especially to make it a top priority, and with the obvious previous intentions that created the rule you need this loophole for to start with.

But Michigan fans are delusional about the entire thing. If the SEC was the one doing this you'd be up in arms.
