Can you guys tell me what it's like?

At this point in the year, where you have no hope for your football team and basketball season beacons with a promising team?

What do you folks do? Do you still hopelessly root on your team in the meantime?

Or spend your team's football games checking out the basketball schedule?

I'm not used to being in this situation so I figured this would be the best place for advice.

I've never been a football fan so I casually just kind of follow the football team, but don't watch the games. I'll stay updated on how they're doing but I just don't watch the games. I'm all about Kentucky basketball though.

Yeah we have the "Thank God its basketball season" mantra. But we do still root for a possible six win bowl season. Pathetic but real. I think we would have much less interest if we were not in the SEC.
