There's also no excuse to get your ass crushed at home by Boise State!!!

You're preaching to the choir on that one.
The part I'm not understanding:

'Likely'

I'm trying to give myself some type of hope, no matter how delusional it may sound at this point.

I'm at the point where I hope that we get blown out in every game the rest of the way to send a message that this goof should've been fired a couple of seasons ago instead of constantly making excuses for him, waiting for him to try to turn it around when he never will.

I heard Lane Kiffin might be looking for a job shorty!!!
Rush Probst is available.

I like Jeff Brohm from Western Kentucky. That way we might finally get a decent offense for the first time in over a decade. My "no chance in hell but I'd like it if it were to happen" scenario would be to try to give someone like Nick Saban or Urban Meyer a blank check and agree to whatever ridiculously high amount they'd ask for, that is if they don't die from laughing at UVA actually calling them first.

In all seriousness, I am nervous about UVA's next football hire. I hope it doesn't happen after this year. If it's a good one, VT will be even further behind the eight ball than we currently are with our lame duck head coach. I think Beamer will be back for 2016, and hopefully no longer.

That's what I'm worried about is who it'd be and whether or not they'd be any good or not. As for VT, whenever Beamer retires, would Bud Foster take over or would he leave whenever Beamer does?

Checking in from Charlottesville. One more town Boise owns. Game ball to the defense. UVA never got started. Time to party!

I'd guess there's about a 40% chance Foster gets the gig. I wouldn't be opposed to some new blood.

sounding like either BF or Rich Rod right now

it is anyone's best guess what BF would do if he didn't get the HC position and i would imagine that would factor into Babcock's decision making. If Beamer goes.....BF could go...then Torrian Grey, Charley Wiles, Stiney, etc could go. I would make damn sure who would be staying and who would be leaving before hiring someone else over Foster.

I hadn't heard about RichRod coming back east again. I figured he was probably enjoying being out there in Arizona in the PAC 12. I'm sure if he did in fact come in, it'd be a drastic change in staff and players I would assume, at least on offense.

no telling

he has some kind of oil share incentives in his contract if he stays a certain length of time so i imagine that would complicate shit. inside guys are saying there is plenty of mutual interest between the two though and that he would be the #1 option at this point if they hire "outside of the family"

who the hell ever knows about that shit though. we don't even know when Beamer will leave yet. RR could be in line to take over the Patriots in a few years or not even trusted to fill a D3 team's water bottles by that time. you never know

Translation, sore loser. We all know that money was the only reason Utah did any moving, we get it. Enjoy it, dude, you will never experience wins like Boise gets, year after year. So, lip is all you got, fair enough.

Translation Doise State, BYU, got left behind, Utah moved on because of the winning they had from 2002-2009. No one paid Utah to join, they were invited. Damn smiles you sound jelly again. And to say Utah doesn't get to experience the wins Doise gets??? Whaaaaat. Let's see well I'm not going to go to last year because it's irrelevant. Hey you know what you should do start a MWC thread where all them MWC fans can go and talk. I'm done !

This clip exemplifies Boise State's punishment and dominance of Utah during the ENTIRE BCS area.

Doesn't matter what conference Utah plays in -- UNTIL you beat us on the field -- you are nothing but Boise's BITCH!

Way to kick that Wahoo ass Broncos! With that being said, they would be AT LEAST a 3-4 loss team every year in any Big 5 conference.

I like Boise. I like them alot. They have had some quality coaches and players. They have had some great teams and great wins. Even against my team. But you can't really spread your peacock feathers too much when 8 of the 12 teams in the conference are widely to considered to be among the worst in the country

Hey, when "any team" kicks the crap out of you in your own back yard, as Boise State did to Virginia last night, it's a very good win. Virginia needs major help!!!
