I wouldn't mind having Russia and Turkey count as both ROW and Europe to make everyone's life easier... Geography says it is both so why not here too??

I agree.

A majority of both their land masses are in Asia. (Anatolia is a cool name.) But they participate athletically in Europe. Most likely due to their capitals being in Europe.

You and I look at teams very similar so I was trying to give you a more cohesive team, however I've never won so my opinion might not be the best...
