Not much criticism for this one move for sure. It is the cumulative effect of them missing on several NL pitchers that is a bit more concerning.

Ok the Dumpster was bad but the Garza move did not work out and of course it would have been nice to get the extension but those moves are to take you over the top. The A's moneyball man did worse giving away Russell. That will prove awful

I don't have any problem with him doing well in his first game there. That happens often. I really wouldn't have any problem with him having several good games there this year. He has a history of pitching well as late as late last year with us. It was a very good pickup for the Tigers. Neftali still has a lot of good outings left in him. Maybe he needed to be shook up some. It worked with Nellie a few years back when we DFAed him. We were just fortunate that we didn't lose Nellie at that point. I think the Tigers made an excellent pickup with Feliz.

If we could have just hung on last night, and then pick up a win today, would have put us at .500 for the 1st half. Very, very acceptable. Not that being a few games under is horrid either.

But the way we started the season, and the way we're finishing the 1st half is not all that encouraging.

Even Buzz & TAG said they'd never seen a triple which never got past the RF.

In fairness to Martin, he has kept his focus in the OF in spite of his offensive woes. The same cannot be said for Mr Choo.

It's one thing to not give 100%. But he gave nothing on that play, and this should be inexcusable to Mr B.
