Man, has anyone gone from “promising” to “total dumpster fire” faster than Chip Kelly? Are we sure he wasn’t secretly hired by the Giants/Cowboys to dismantle the Eagles from the inside? He's losing me fast.

As if the Eagles needed any help dismantling themselves before Chip showed up.

No, actually because he flat out sucks as a QB.....no question he is a tremendous athlete who simply needs a position change. I think and have thought for a long Time he should be converted to TE.

I hope that's why they've brought him here - he would make an awesome TE in certain packages.

I think people need to chill out a bit, he still has to make the 53 man roster. NO guarantee that he does. Just Chip doing his due dilligence.

That being said, I hope that he's open to a possible position change because if he makes it listed as a QB and Biggers make the 53 man roster, I'm going to barf.

Hopefully it also indicates that we have a deal in place with someone next week to collect a late round pick for Barkley.

Gronk was coming off an injury from 2012 and as it turned out missed the first 6 games in 2013 and Hernandez was in the slammer. They were kind of a mess at TE that season.

I don't, but I'll take my chances with him learning how to be a TE rather than a QB. He's had enough shots playing QB - and clearly demonstrated that he can't play the position at the NFL level. So try something else, the physical tools are there.

True. Now I will freely admit knows a whole lot more about football than I but the way we and many experts are scratching our heads makes this a fun off season up to now.
