I love how all the James haters came out of the wood work after yesterdays game. I look at it as 1 game. lets see who is playing meaningful games come june

:L

Did you even read through the thread? Most of us aren't even saying anything about James. This thread was made to laugh at Wiggy because he talks a lot of shit but is always MIA when the Cavs are losing games. He made a comment the other night that the Christmas day game "would be fun" for Cleveland after Miami blew a 23 point lead to Philly

I was also wrong on love. Good thing we never traded for love or else we get worse

I don't think it is fair to judge love as a player based on what's going on in Cleveland. Going from option 1 to 3 is extremely hard and your numbers will take a major hit as you're no longer getting the touches you used to and the offense isn't running through you anymore.

I think Love would have been just fine in GSW as the 2nd option. Love as a 2nd option is almost a lock for 20 & 10 which is a hell of a 2nd option

Hambombs, I haven't been on here in a minute. With that being said, your Warriors are looking ridiculous. If you called myself and other fans out for saying Kerr was overrated going in another thread, then good for you. But you were right, and I was wrong. Congrats on a great season thus far.

Shocked that the Cavs are struggling against these guys...even w/out Kyrie.

You don't let the Magic go on 10-0 runs:L

They have Bron at the 4.

I'm split screening between this game and the Griz/Rox.

Josh Smith already has 10 shots at the half:L

holy crap

i "disappeared"because i did not show up on Xmas day?!!! LOL

man, either you guys are really reaching or must not have much to do.....

That was a terrible effort by the Cavs on Xmas. Holy crap was it bad.

I wish that LeBron and Kyrie would make it a point to get Love off for a couple games- to just say- lets have Kevin get 40 tonight- and get him going and into a rhythm

Mike Miller as the starting 2 guard is what should have been happening since the beginning that is for sure.

sorry- i "disappeared" on Xmas day....laughable.......just like the teams of most of the critics out there (cough cough Lakers, HEat) will be disappearing when it goes from regular to post season.

Kevin Love has really bummed me out thus far- while he has rebounded well- his shooting % and his pick and roll game have just not been there at anywhere close to an acceptable level.

I thought Love- with his intelligence would adapt faster than Kyrie- but as Windhorst said- Kyrie took about 6 weeks to get where it took Wade a whole year to get playing with Lebron.

One thing you don't know about the Heat/Lakers fans from CBS who now post on the hoop is that we don't disappear....Doesn't matter how bad our teams are or when they get eliminated.

It was easier for Kyrie to get adjusted to Lebron than Wade because unlike Wade & Lebron who played alomost the same identical way when they join forces....Kyrie actually play a different style which makes it easier to adjust to James. He still does too much dribbling at times.

and for the record i said the Cavs would win 61- which is obviously not going to happen- all though they will get closer to that than the Heat fans who predicted 48 wins for the Heat.....and the Cavs will CERTAINLY get closer to 61 wins than any win total the Lakers fans predicted for the Lakers.

The Varejao injury hurts no doubt. Its good Thompson is the teams best backup and has started the last couple years and can just slide in- but Varejao was shooting like 56% and playing good ball- and I was really bummed and kinda surprised he got hurt- because unlike previous years where the Cavs really over extended him minutes wise (and it didnt surprise me he got hurt)- the guy was limited to about 25 minutes a game.

So- the bright side is that Thompson can step in and give you very similar numbers to Varejao with a little more athleticism, a worse 15 footer, ------

and i think the other silver lining is that the Cavs will have to rely on Love more- and i think there will be more of an onus on getting him going.

Honestly- I HAVE NO CLUE why- the Cavs- on at least a couple occasions- have notjust said- lets get Kevin off tonight- lets feed him all game- there havebeen a few occasions where hehas had huge first quarters- and then only gotten like 5-6 shots the rest of the game. With Varejao out they are going to need him to step up more. I do have to give Love credit for his amazing passing- and for being top 10 in rebounds when sharing the court with great rebounders like Varejao, Thompson, and LeBron.....

the huge downfall on Varejao going down is obviously the depth. AT least moving Miller to starting SG and Marion to playing some front court off the bench should help a little-

good thing Dion has gotten going too. That draft class when we look back was strange....
Anthony Davis at 1 and Lillard at 6 are def the cream of the crop

Beal at 3 and Drummond at 9 are probablythe 3rd and 4th best....and Drummond was damn risky....

after that you could certainly make a case for Waiters as the 5th best of that draft class- with reasonable arguments for guys like Ross at 8, Henson at 14, - while the steal has to be Draymond Green at 35
