I'm not sure what it is about BYU (I understand that Texas has not been a good football team both years) but they never look as good as they did in the Texas game. Same thing happened last year.


It's like they play the perfect game, last two years, early in the season against Texas.


Don't need to hit me in the head, I know a huge part in this equation is Texas, but still. They, BYU, just doesn't look like the same team. Dammit.

That is just one of those things.


They have always beat Texas by about 30+ every darn time....whether texas is good or texas is bad...


Even the 1 win Texas mustered was a flukey come from behind 1 point victory in Austin.


Other than that, BYU annihilates the Horns.


There are very few major programs with a winning record vs Texas, but BYU is the one who does it the most.


I am actually somewhat optimistic about this season. Texas looked decent very the other 3 teams.

Sure hope Utah St can pull off the upset. I don't care what anybody says a undefeated BYU is a serious threat for a playoff spot.

Hey Horns remember our argument during the off season when I said playing BYU was the same as playing Utah State and you and your a Texas buddies disagreed? Well I was wrong Utah State is better.

Utah State has "Couged" it like Washington State many times.


Unless USU is up by 40 pts in the 4th quarter, I am still picking BYU.


They always seems to give BYU fits every few years than completely choke it.
