In your text box where you type your message, there is a formatting menu above. If you're doing a quick reply and not quoting anyone, you just click the link button (hover over the icons to see which is which), and a box will pop up to put your URL in.

When you quote someone, there's a you tube icon that you click on and it brings up the [YOUTUBE][/YOUTUBE] and you put the URL in between the code.

I don't think I explained that very well.
