:laugh3:

This on Espn this morning.

Ever? Really?

Give him props, kid had a really good 2 years. But most exciting of all time is laughable.

Without doing any research or searching I would say: Reggie Bush, Vince Young, Desmond Howard, Herschel Walker, Barry Sanders, Charles Woodson, etc....

I don't necessarily agree that JFF was the most exciting ever but I think you used some poor examples.

JFF had the ball in his hands every snap. The anticipation of wondering what he will do this play was always there because he could pull some :wtf2: shit out of his ass.

Reggie, Desmond, Barry, Herschel, Charles, these guys though being great players with exciting highlights and moments of their own, didn't give you that same sence of anticipation because they didn't touch the ball every play.

That leaves Vince Young. Out of VY and JFF, yes JFF was certainly more exciting. VY was great at running the read and exploiting a weakness in the defense. JFF was great at spinning and jiving and making you wonder how in the fuck did he not get sacked right there and he was also good at just throwing the ball up for grabs and one of his receivers snatching it and you where like how in the fuck did that not get intercepted.

:2cents:

My homer pick would be Javier Arenas, but no one cares about Bama.

1. JFF
2. Desmond Howard
3. Peter Warrick
4. Dexter McCluster
5. Denard Robinson

Just my opinion, of course it's not perfect

Barry Sanders is the most exciting player I have ever seen play. Lose 10 yards, 20 yard run, -8 yard, 70 yd TD. Guy was a broken ankle waiting to happen

I would most definitely put Michael Vick above JF. He was absurd in college.

Not a big Nebraska fan, but I remember Johnny Rodgers as being pretty exciting.

I'm tired of all the people who have 12 months memories. Every year someone is "the best ever". I'm just waiting for the first time some hard-as-nails linebacker with an attitude hits him HARD and stars are shooting across his vision. Let's see if he pops right up and tries the razzle dazzle stuff again or will he be poking a tampax up his ass trying to stop the bleeding? I say he'll be fun to watch until he starts getting hit with top-of-the-line NFL tackles and then all the hype in the world won't help him. And please don't tell me he'll never get hit. He will.

Bo Jackson was the most exciting player I've ever seen.
Cam wasn't bad either.
VY was incredible to watch.
Hard to argue with Sanders.

However if I was the coach at aTm I would probably be putting JF out there his performance in the Chik-Fl-A Bowl was a top 10 performance in my mind. Nuts how he brought the Aggies back in that one even if they were playing poor Duke.

In college, I have to go Reggie. And it isn't close.

In NFL, I go Barry Sanders and it isn't close.

I'd say he was up there, rarely am I a fan of another team's player but that kid was fun to watch. Betting he has a short nfl career though.

As my dad was a former season ticket holder, despite having a very bad angle on the field I have to agree. The man was insane and listening to what the other teams players were saying during the game, they knew it too (he had seats at the 50 yard line front row).
