Is there anyone you DO NOT suspect?

:gaah:

I've said about five times I don't suspect Chris Davis. Who else are you referring to? Puig?

speaking from experience, the seats at new yankees stadium are just as small. i thought that was the norm.

at fenway, if you're really fat, you can buy a handicapped seat under the grandstands / out of the weather. or you could go for a jog once in a while.

The only excersise I get is in excersising my right not to have to excersise........

My bad then. I was under the impression that you suspected just about all heavy home run hitters as users.

My appologies.

Steelers though? Is it the fact that he's got as many rings as Roethlisberger with better overall playoff stats?

Lil help?

Actually, No. That is not the reason. I just don't like to see people get more credit than they deserve in a sport that is as much team oriented as any. The Giants D had more to do with the first win than anybody. MVP is a subjective voting process. When in doubt, give it to the QB. Manning couldn't shred a Pats defense that was one of the worst in the league in 2011. Manningham's catch was much greater than Manning's throw. Even then, it was just one throw. Just like the first game against the Pats. Oh...Giants fans will say that he still threw the TD to Plaxico after Tyree's catch. It was a nice lob toss to a guy that was wide open.

Roethlisberger won his first SB in only his second year in the league. In his second SB, he led the game winning drive against the Cardinals. I am not concerned about his stats in those games. I couldn't even tell you his stats, other than he had a poor game against Seattle. We won them.

As far as Roethlisberger vs. Manning? Please don't go there. The only thing they have in common are 2 SB Championships.

The best you have is Manning's .727 playoff win % versus Ben's .714 (in 3 more games). Fact is, they have been in the league the same number of seasons, and Ben has 2 more career playoff wins in 3 more games.

Aaron Rodgers is 5-3 in the playoffs. Eli Manning 8-3 in playoffs - "Manning > Rodgers" - Giants fan.

Oh okay. So now you're comparing your ballpark to other team's former ballparks. :L

"Just cause Jack Murphy was nicer than Fenway doesn't mean Fenway isn't the greatest ballpark in baseball. Well, at least Boston anyway." - Worrld

what part of "fenway is a dump" didnt sink in?

To kill this joke, I actually do fit in stadium seats, and airplane seats as well. I was just making a minor point, in that seats designed 100 years ago had the average human at "X height & weight", whereas that average is much bigger now, hence the need for bigger and fewer seats.

I guess I am the only fat guy here, or, the only one that thinks and sees things so far off the otherwise beaten path........

I said MOST.

You did indeed.

You also gave me an opening that I was aware of to reply, so I did. I think he has been well over .300 the whole year.

Still, next year, watch him go .175.......

Going on a small tangent - I wonder what park would be graded as best for its age? That would be a poll that I would like my teams chances in.

probably San Diego, if you mean for geriatrics

very little excitement there, good for old tickers

only 81 games a year guaranteed, good for fixed incomes

closes in late september, good for californians who get chilly when temps drop below 70

I'd pay to take you to a game in a proper ballpark, Worrld. Just to see the look on your face.
"I never knew it could be like this." :omg:
