Rick Barnes.

Ah....

I had hope. But I also did with Oliver Purnell. But Now with coach Brownell.... Maybe we got something going. Never know.

I think that Dabo and the boys on the football side are doing well. Baring the South Carolina failure. Sorry... But even with all of Dabo's success... I think that he should be on the hot seat for not winning against the Gamecocks. You have to win against your arch rivals on at least a decent basis to keep your job.

Don't forget Cliff Ellis ...

And yes, Dabo should be on the hot seat. The ACC is as weak as it's ever been, so winning in conference isn't as impressive as it used to be. I probably wouldn't be so jaded if he hadn't got us whooped in the OB against WVU and again at home against FSU this past year. These ass cuttings are embarrassing. Losing is going to happen but to get embarrassed on national tv is unacceptable. Not to mention we have only won the 1 ACC C'ship. It's time to put up or shut up.

They saw that the window to win big closed last year and left for the long up-coming winter in Death Valley... :thumb:

It'll be tough for you this season, I think, but with your recruiting yall should stay in the upper echelon. . (Of the country, not just the ACC I mean.) :)

Yeah we have a lot to prove this year. QB, RB, and WR questions yet to be answered. I have a lot of hope and expectations for Cole Stoudt (QB). I think he can step in and not miss a beat, but we'll find out for sure this Saturday. At WR, we have a solid crew, we just need someone to step up to replace Nuk Hopkins and Sammy. Charone Peake is 6'2", 205 lbs and before his injury last year had clocked a sub 4.3 40, so we'll find out about this guy too. Mike Williams, 6'4", 210 lbs, showed a lot of promise last year as a freshman and if he can step up, we could be right back on track with this wr corp. The RB's are a huge "?". We have DJ Howard who has plenty of exp., but isn't the biggest or most physical RB. Then behind him is another senior CJ Davidson with limited playing time. Followed by Adam Choice, Tashard Choice's nephew, who is a true freshman. I doubt he see's much time at all, but may be needed if anything happens to Howard or Davidson.

Well, I'm certainly pulling for you guys... Always liked Clemson... We had a pretty good rivalry in the 80s before the thought of us joining the ACC was even a twinkle in anyone's eye...

Can you say, "Punt-rooskie"?

And yeah, you all pretty much finished off our NC hopes in '89... I know... (Though that Fav-ruh guy and Southern Miss had probably already permanently damaged them... :gaah: )

I feel all alone. I figured that there'd be posts on the win Clemson had over South Carolina. But so far... Nada.

You shittin me? I've tried to engage you in conversation many times, not just threads about the games. Maybe I'm a little too rough around the edges for you, I don't know.
