By linking him under the same conditions of the other players, I can see him and arbitrator stating he should have same 51 games as anyone else. Thats his fight. He will play in 2014 imo

I feel like language barrier and the questionable ethics of these foreign baseball academies eventually leads some of these guys down a path they might otherwise not have taken if they were developed elsewhere and with interpreters that understood the CBA and substance rules inside and out.

Yes A-Rod can play, but the other 12 took 50 game suspensions on the basis that they cannot appeal. They are immediate.
