They asked them about today's players and Willie laughed and said heck when me and Hank got to 40 we were old and tired but these guys are getting better in there late 30's and 40's something is wrong.

Ryan Howard is not a freak. He has been the same size throughout his entire career. So has Braun. So have most roiders. In fact, the guys like Bonds and Mcgwire who grow like hulks are in the minority

And thousands of players have made "slight changes to their swing". None have had 41 hr jumps..... just a coincidence I'm sure. Had nothing to do with him taking PED's just like everybody else in his era

Ideally I would look to trade Belt or Ike for either a middle of the road outfielder, infielder or starting pitcher now that I have Pujols at don't have to play matchups at 1B anymore

So the easiest way to get a trade done with me is is you want to trade one of them straight up for some of your middling players

But as you'll see in my dealings with heatwave, I'm always open to blockbusters

No doubt that was a big trade, i will offer you something by tommrw

If you want to trade for some middle of the road 1B talent while giving up some middle of the road talent in areas you have depth, that would be ideal for me

But I'm always up for a blockbuster if it makes sense for my needs
