Kendre Miller (hamstring) is inactive for Week 1 against the Titans.
The Saints rookie running back hurt his hamstring in practice and will not suit up for Week 1. With Alvin Kamara suspended for the first three games of the season, that means that Jamaal Williams should get all the work he can handle with Kirk Merritt maybe factoring in for a small handful of snaps. Also inactive for the Saints are WR A.T. Perry, DB J.T. Gray, DE Isaiah Foskey, and OG Nick Saldiveri.

The Philadelphia Inquirer’s Olivia Reiner reports Rashaad Penny is expected to be a healthy scratch in Week 1 against the Patriots.
With Trey Sermon on injured reserve, the Eagles will roll with Kenneth Gainwell, D’Andre Swift, and Boston Scott as their backfield in Week 1. Expect Swift to get the start with Gainwell mixing in on early downs and serving as the primary back on passing downs. The news puts Swift in the RB2 range with Gainwell emerging as a volatile FLEX option.

Glad to have Gainwell in D2…

@HaroldSeattle , I think I traded him to you as “my drop” in another league.

Titans recover fumble on opening kickoff, give Henry zero touches.

New OC starts the season off with me not liking him.

Titans football is back baby!!!

I think everyone severely underestimated Purdy. What a steal in every single draft.

I see a Tom Brady brewing.

Annnnnd it’s looking like JK Dobbins career might be done. At least in terms of any fantasy relevance.

Rotoworld blurb writers are vicious towards Barkley..in both his and Danny Dimes little commentary, they write that 'very catchall ball bounced off Barkley's hands and into the waiting arms of a defense'

In neither one do they mention that he got absolutely lit up by the other defender at exactly the same instant the ball touched his hands, and then it bounced into the waiting arms of a second defender. I don't know any receiver, let alone a RB, who makes that catch.

And once again, I'm not the biggest fan of Barkley's..or the Gmen in general. But that some BS 'journalism'

raining the entire game too, Barkley wasn't the only one having trouble handling the ball, Dallas D could've easily had at least one or two more INTs

Lie #1
The Denver Post’s Parker Gabriel reports Broncos RB Jaleel McLaughlin “looks set to be counted on right from the start.”

Lie #2
DenverSports.com’s Andrew Mason reports Broncos RB Jaleel McLaughlin “is going to get significant carries” in Week 1.

Fact
1 target; 1 reception; -7 yards; zero points

maybe they both thought that Denver would lose by multiple scores so they'd need to rely on their backups right from the start

The bigger lie was the Bears offense improving. Glad I have zero stock in any Bears players in my redraft leagues.

Additional fact-

They didn't use him, and they lost. Always a good sign for potential changes. Had they won, I'd be much more upset about the apparent lies

Well, I was merely lamenting all the hype that goes into preseason by pointing out 2 instances. Speculations galore!

Even before the Bears-Packers game, Fox was making 3-year QB comparisons of Josh Allen, Jalen Hurts, and Justin Fields.

Granted, I know it's only week 1, and there were a tremendous amount of fantasy anomalies yesterday.
