This franchise has had more team names (Redskins, WFT, Commanders) than playoff wins (99, 05) since Dan Snyder bought the team.

I'm not sure. I really trust JP Finlay and he's plugged in. He said don't count on it. Said NFL wouldn't want four names in five years. If I'm the owner it's the first thing I do.

I change the uniforms back and go to Red (something) Redwolves, Redhogs. If I had a choice between the name or the uniforms I'd take the old uniforms back.

I am beginning to think bezos isn't it.
If he wanted them, he would simply outbid everyone. Maybe he already has. Everything is rumors at this point. The bezos bid proposal rumors have dried up.
The notion of Dan not selling to bezos is silly to me. Money talks and Dan loves money more than anything else.
What we do know is the business has been open for 2 months now for the sale. How close snyder is to picking a bid is anyone's guess. I want bezos and jayz for many reasons but it has been very quiet on that front. I expect the sale to be announced quickly and suddenly in the near future.

I'm torn when it comes to Bezos. Unlimited resources would be nice, but the timed bathroom breaks at Amazon and him being a rookie owner like Synder gives me pause.

That said, going from broke ass Synder to Bezos would be nice.

The Dodger group is starting to look better and better to me.

I 100% agree about a new stadium on the RFK site. History is a big thing, they could do some cool stuff next the Anacostia and public transportation access would be great. It is just a couple of miles up the river from Nats Park.I think the city would be glad to have the team without the Snyder and the Redskin name. I don't think I would go much over 65,000 seat capacity stadium.
