Sir Robin Of Camelot
You seem angry. Miserable, even.
Good thing he gets to ink a new one after the 2022 season... right in time for the new TV deals to kick in.Just something wrong when Dak Prescott is making more $$$$$ than Russell Wilson.

In 5 years I can only imagine what a quality starting QB is going to demand salary wise!
2 years ago it sounded like 25 or 27M per would have gotten the deal done, substantially lower than Wilson.
Dallas gambled and loss that poker hand.
I am sure it will be around that
Just pay them 100M a season now. It's already stupid. Hardly any of them are driving enough value.Good thing he gets to ink a new one after the 2022 season... right in time for the new TV deals to kick in.

Gotta wait until that new TV cash comes rolling in...Just pay them 100M a season now. It's already stupid. Hardly any of them are driving enough value.
Wasn't Dak thinking 40mil a year or did that become an issue after Maholms signed?Didn't Wentz and Goff sign two years ago? Two years ago I think it would have pretty much taken $32M-$33M

No, he was offered 35M/year last season ( 1 year ago) and the money wasn't an issue, it was the length of the deal. Two years ago Dak was ready to sign for 25 or 27M, but Dallas wanted Dak to prove he's worth it, and Dak proved it and more, then Dak used the Franchise tag as the low bar. Kirk Cousins changed the way QBs negotiate thier deals.Didn't Dak reject $30M/year two years ago? Maybe $35M/year could've got it done. Who knows? In 2 years, mayve Dak's deal looks cheap.
Does Gisele still make that kind of coin? I thought those days were over for her. But Brady at 2yr/$50M is an absurd underpay relative to these numbers we are seeing now. Dak Prescott??? LMAO.As we all know the Tom Brady situation is unique, who has a wife making more $$$$ than an NFL QB?
$40M was rumored last year, but I'm not sure how accurate it was. 2 years ago I don't think $40M ever came up, but Jerry doesn't allow me in the negotiating room...Wasn't Dak thinking 40mil a year or did that become an issue after Maholms signed?
Dak was ready to sign before those other two deals were inked. I'm pretty sure Philly jumped in trying to force Dallas' hand with Dak.Didn't Wentz and Goff sign two years ago? Two years ago I think it would have pretty much taken $32M-$33M
Maybe it was last year but I don't remember. You guys are right, should have done it 2 yrs ago at 35mil per. That negotiating room would be fun as hell to be in. Lot's of top shelf alcohol and strippers.$40M was rumored last year, but I'm not sure how accurate it was. 2 years ago I don't think $40M ever came up, but Jerry doesn't allow me in the negotiating room...

Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, and Baker Mayfield all high fiving each other right now over Dak's deal.
I don't know, but the only thing we do know is that right after Wentz and Goff signed Dak's price was around $32M and $33M because the bar was set with two guys drafted the exact same year as him. What is was before or months later or if serious conversations ever even took place is probably guessing. Also, I can't imagine Philly jumped in for any reason other than trying to sign their own guy. I'm not sure how or why they'd be focused on forcing Dallas' hand with DakDak was ready to sign before those other two deals were inked. Philly jumped in thinking Dak was probably going to get that 32-33mil so get Wentz signed now so they wouldn't have to pay more. Per Google Ciara has net worth of 20 mil which isn’t as much as Russ but still a lot of moneyAs we all know the Tom Brady situation is unique, who has a wife making more $$$$ than an NFL QB?
