Click the link and there are 11 teams listed.
Its like the opposite of opening a box of Entenmann's Cakes. @Cedrique
A very arbitrary date.
I want to see what team is #9 so we can understand the butthurt of whoever came up with the list such that he wouldn't include them on it.
It's either that or he's a Penn State fan and extended the list past the Top 5 so they would finally be included in a "Top Something".
@TigerBait1971 would have an IV of Gatorade and painkillers going right now
Correct my if I'm wrong, but I believe Washington is the only team on that list that doesn't have a ranked OOC win in this timeframe. I'm not even sure they should be top 10-15.Washington at 7 is a bit of a reach IMO. Wisconsin, ND, Michigan and Iowa all have a better winning % over that time frame. They do have a couple conference titles, which the other schools don't, but 3 of those 4 have to deal with OSU(who I would have at #3, not #4). I'd definitely have PSU ahead as well. Having UW ahead of them doesn't make any sense.

LOL that is more pathetic than I thought. Nobody from the Pac12 belongs anywhere near a top 10 list of the last 5 years.Washington's OOC wins since 2015: Sacramento State(2-9), Utah State(6-7), Rutgers(2-10), Idaho(9-4), Portland State(3-8), Rutgers(4-8), Montana(7-4), Fresno State(10-4), North Dakota(6-5), BYU(7-6), Eastern Washington(7-5), Hawaii(10-5), BYU(7-6). Not a top 50 win according to Sagarin among that grouping of teams.
