Here's a question for you, do you think it's wrong that I think both players deserved a 2nd chance with their teams?

I'm all for zero tolerence. A college scholarship isn't cheap. I know first hand. My oldest son graduated for CU & my youngest graduates next year.

Too many of these student athletes take for granted what they really have. If they fuck up throw them out. No exceptions.

It's an unbelievable privilege to have a full-ride scholarship to a school and all you have to do is appreciate it.

LOL it absolutely, 100% does not, but then again you've been lying in this entire thread so what's the point in even bringing it up again. Fuck off, scumbag.
Fuck you. The article literally quotes the other guy saying he got hit in the head with the bottle. The cop is quoted as saying those two were the only two fighting once it broke up. You're either an idiot who can't connect the dots or are purposefully ignoring the fact to supplement your created reality.

That's fine. I don't necessarily have a problem with that opinion. But you didn't answer the question, is it immoral to think both these kids deserved a second chance (because that's what's being accused of me). That's why I'm taking offense. Because I think once the criminal punishments were handed out, the schools and programs could help these kids stay on the right path.

So what you're telling me is that them yelling at each other after the cops arrived retroactively caused the 50 person bar brawl that was well in full swing before the cops even arrived?

The quote says the other guy told the police that a your player hit him with a bottle; the cosp didn't see that happen. Which means it happened before cops arrived and saw the two yelling at each other.

What you're suggesting is that these two just happened to be part of someone else's fight, the OSU player in the middle of someone else's fight hit this guy with a bottle and then everyone else stops fighting and they continued. Come on.

Your reading comprehension skills are lacking. What do you think I meant when I clearly said- If they fuck up throw them out. No exceptions?

I answered your question. You just didn't like my response.

My reading comprehension? I asked a question you didn't answer and then told me I didn't read your answer. The question was not your opinion on it, the question was -- is it immoral to think they deserve a second chance.

I'm telling you there were 50 people involved in a massive bar brawl that happened well before the cops arrived, as they even noted that upon arrival it was total mayhem. The only reason those two got arrested is because they continued to go after each other when the police told them to disperse. That does not indicate whatsoever what actually caused the 50 person bar brawl. Not only are you scum, but you're also an illiterate dumbass. Wow.

They were the only people charged. You don't think the cops asked witnesses what happened? COME ON man. We know your player hit the guy with a bottle. We know the two guys were the only ones who didn't stop fighting when cops arrived. This isn't a hard equation.

You can have the belief that the players should have been kicked off, buy my morals have been questioned for suggesting they deserved second chances. I don't think I would have cared if either kid got kicked off but I don't think universally kicking kids off is the best approach. Isn't rehabilitation and redemption better for everyone involved?

They can get their rehabilitation and redemption at a different school.

And yet, that by no means says Sprinkle started the fight, as desperately as you want it to be true. It means they were two of the 50 people fighting each other during the fight before the cops came, and it means they were two of the three people arrested once the cops arrived because they didn't disperse. In no way, whatsoever, under any circumstances, does that mean Sprinkle STARTED the entire fight. And again, he doesn't control the actions of 49 other people. He's responsible for his actions, not everyone else's. The fact that you tried to pin the girl getting hit with a chair on him just because he was 1 of 50 people fighting proves you simply have an ax to grind but don't know what you're talking about.

If that guy wasn't affiliated with the program and if it didn't unhinge the point you were trying to make in 20 pages of thread, you'd have no problem coming to the same conclusion I am. Even if they didn't throw the chair, the fight they caused ultimately resulted in her getting knocked out by a chair. If another crime happens while you're committing a crime, you're ultimately responsible.

I just got done telling you I think if a player messes up like that they should be kicked out. So what do you think I'm saying? Damn are you stubborn. One more time since you either don't get it or refuse to accpet my answer. They should be kicked out. Zero tolerance. If you don't understand that I don't know what else to say.

But since you're being a complete pain in the ass about this & obviously won't accept my answer unless I answer a ceratin way. Yes it's immoral for a second chance when a college education costs so much money. That's my opinion. That's how I feel.

Do you get it now?

LOL no it wouldn't. The fact that you think a 50 person bar brawl was caused by 1 person for the sole reason that he continued yelling at a guy when the police arrived is absolutely fucking ridiculous. Literally nothing, whatsoever, supports that theory. Maybe you can explain without just saying "we all know". How do you "know" that Sprinkle started the 50 person bar brawl simply because he continued yelling at a guy after the cops came?

But we can think the actions of the schools can be different without one of us having an immoral opinion.

And yes, I'm ok with your answer.

I think it's very obvious his reading comprehension is extremely flawed if he reads an article that says two men yelled at each other after cops arrived to a 50 person brawl and somehow surmises beyond a doubt that one of those men (the Buckeye player, oddly enough) started the entire 50 person brawl. With the only rationale being that he yelled at the guy, who was also yelling at him, after cops arrived.

Except multiple things support it. They were the only two arrested. They were the only two who continue fighting. And the quotes suggest it started by the other guy getting hit with a bottle. No quote, no observation, no witness suggests anything other than those two starting it.

They were arrested for not dispersing you fucking moron. If they would've dispersed they would've not gotten arrested, like nearly every other person involved.

"And the quotes suggest it started by the other guy getting hit with a bottle." - Show me how this shows a 50 person bar brawl was started by this one instance by one person.

"No quote, no observation, no witness suggests anything other than those two starting it." - There wasn't a single inference whatsoever that said any one action started the brawl, dumbass. Literally not a single thing. There isn't a single quote that says "The 50 person brawl that extended through an entire bar was started by..."

But they didn't because they started the fight and were the only two truly involved in it. The other people stopped because they didn't have the initial motivation. That's how these fucking fights happen. There's a reason they didn't stop like everyone else.

Your argument is now, if they stopped doing that criminal thing they wouldn't have been arrested....well, at least you're finally correct.

I think it's hilarious I had to tell that overly biased meeeechegan homer the same damn thing multiple times before it finally sunk in.
