That would probably be a good move for them.

Haskins is going to be a great NFL QB. I think it will take him about 2 to 3 years to get his footing completely down. He had one year of major college ball, and he is not very mobile, so he is going to have to adjust and slightly recreate himself to prepare for t he speed of the NFL. His arm is second to none though and he is a very accurate passer. Really good touch, great leadership skills, real football smart. Any team that winds up with Haskins is getting a franchise QB with a ton of upside.

Haskins = Jason Campbell

If they traded up for Haskins, FedEx would be operating at 40% capacity by week 7. This would get Bruce Allen fired and maybe the NFL steps in and forces Snyder to sell.

If that were the case Haskins would be an outstanding move.

Personally I think the Redskins should do whatever it takes to trade out of the first and accumulate future picks. If they cant do that draft Sweat, Ferrell, or an olineman

i like haskins if he falls to us (not likely ) but trading resources to get him would be a mistake with our cap issues and the amount of holes we have

According to JP via Kevin Sheehan's podcast, the Skins have Lock and Jones higher on thier board than Haskins.

A trade up to 5 will take our 2nd and first 3rd rounder

NBC Sports' Grant Paulsen reports that Dan Synder has "taken over the first round of the draft" for the Washington Redskins.
The last time the Redskins owner was heavily involved in the draft? That would be when they sent three first-round picks and one second-rounder in a move up for RGIII. This is starting to feel like a similar situation with reports surfacing that the team has discussed moving into the top five for a quarterback. ESPN's Dianna Russini reported that the Redskins have had a "target" on Haskins, but Drew Lock and Daniel Jones are other options. This draft is going to be a fun one, but this is also an important reminder that ownership is the single biggest advantage in American sports.

I would make a trade for Haskins we dont have a qb

I think we can get him without giving up 2020 first rounder. IF we don't trade. QB;s like Grier, Stidum, and Finaly could be had in the 2nd round.
