Not going for it 4th and 1 in the redzone only up by 3 with 3 minutes left against Rodgers is horrible coaching. Nagy lost that game for Chicago. That was the most predictable outcome of the weekend. Really really dreadfully bad coaching for Chicago. Everyone in America knows Rodgers never fails to get winning drive touchdowns. I’d be furious if I were a Bears fan.

Bears richly deserve a loss there. Bad play calling, out coached coming out of the half and the players running out of gas from not playing much in preseason.

Lots of good to come out too though. The bears will be a really tough team to deal with come midseason once they get some real experience under their belts. One easy fix is kwiatkowski getting crushed in coverage in ways that roquon Smith won't.

I agree. I think nagy should basically treat trubisky like Rodgers. Expect him to make good reads and throws and be able to win games for you knowing he might lose some as well. If you want him to be a franchise qb then you need to treat him like one.

I agree...they should've let him play in the 2nd half instead of trying not to lose... He played very well and didn't put the ball in bad spots the entire 1st half...then the coaches pissed down their legs...and shit their pants...then wondered what the hell went wrong... but I don't feel bad at all
