u will lose one of those last 4
UCLA at home with a new QB with mostly new WR. with a running game that was 115th behind a new line. all in a new system. and a defense that was 122 last season. Win
@Utah sure I could see this possible as a loss on the road and all. but Oregon won last time they were at Utah with their worst team in over 25 years. and then again with an average team last year missing Herbert. and while defense is usually their strong side they are thin on returning starters. so I can also see the Win.
Arizona State home game against Herm Edawards who we have no idea what we will get but he has also never been a head college coach. defense was a mess last season 108th and is only returning like 3 starters. offense could be good with Manny wilkins and N'Keal Harry. but like i said not sure what Herm is bringing in. they were random last year and beat Oregon in Arizona and also upset Washington so i suppose it could happen but I think they have more questions.
@Oregon State. sorry cant see it. cant make any argument here. 112th offense and 120th defense and now all new schemes and such.

I had to pick ONE. I'm a homer and all, but to predict an undefeated season every year is beyond my homerism ..... kinda.

Continuity.

your boys are having to adjust to yet another system, I'd expect some growing pains
promotion from within with same d coordinator and same o coordinator more continuity than all new coaches

Keeping together the coaching staff from a mediocre team, isn’t necessarily a good thing.

Boise:

At Troy - win
Connecticut - win
At Oklahoma State - struggling with this one because of the track record of how we play on the big stage but I’ll go loss
At Wyoming - win
San Diego State - win
At Nevada - win
Colorado State - win
At Air Force - win
BYU - win
Fresno - win
At New Mexico - win
Utah State - win

We’ll likely find a way to shit the bed at least one other time to go with the OK State loss. Someone that we should beat like San Diego State or Fresno will probably get us, maybe even Troy on the road. Harsin has proven he’s good for that so I’ll say 10-2.

I say we win at OK state but we will shit the bed once or twice. More than likely SDSU, Air Force, or Fresno

I could see Oregon going 9-3 with that schedule if Herbert stays healthy.

If there has to be one, then I'd have to agree with you after looking at the schedule.

Michigan State didn’t lose to a team that just went 1-11, with its only win against an FCS school, and is considered by many to be the one of the worst teams in a P5 conference. Dantonio earned a little leeway for the 2012 and 2016 seasons. Oregon is no where even close to the situation that Dantonio walked into and if you believe that it is even close, you know nothing at all about college football.
