Most teams worry about the glory positions. Dallas worries about the guys in the trenches that matter and that's why we win championships...errrr...let's change that to hopefully that's why we WILL win Championship(s)...:hope:
Not trolling, as I would love to have an OL like the Cowboys have, but with the great OL, solid RB's good QB's and an average(?) D, why hasn't it translated to more and bigger wins? Something is missing. Not picking on Dallas, but wondering if having a great OL along with the expense of having it, is not a solid model for success.

Lack of weapons in the passing game, and don't underestimate the effect a bad head coach can have on wins and losses

Solid signing. Martin is one of the better guards in the NFL, is only 27, and has been consistently healthy. Besides, Elliott needs all the running room he can get if the Boys are going to win anything because Prescott sucks ass.

That's a good and fair question. Even in their good years they've laid turds in the playoffs.
I've been a fan of Garrett's due yo the players they've amassed but his in game coaching has to be questioned.
I think this is his make or break year. Shut away another season and he's gone. I think the right approach would be to find the hot College coach or Offensive cord, if this team fails to make an honest playoff run.

Because this is the first year we look to have a healthy QB, a non-rookie QB, a non-rookie RB, and an average D to go with the awesome OL.

It's not like this OL, QB and RB has been together for 10 years. They were 13-3 in 2016 with a rookie QB and RB. 2014 (Martin's first year) they were 12-4 and won the division and a playoff game and again lost to Rodgers. In 2015 they had no QB and stunk. Last year we all know the issues. 2016 should have delivered a playoff win and didn't. 2014 only delivered 1 playoff win. Obviously they were pretty darn close and lost to the best QB in the game both years to go further, but as all sports fans know a loss is a loss. But, I do think your statement is a little off unless you are saying the Cowboys have had a good OL for 20 years

7 wins for this Cowboy team would be disappointing and very surprising, but at least it would put us ahead of the Giants again...

Word out of Giants camp is Barkley looks absolutely insane

With the addition of him, Beckham and a new left side of the Oline, Im a bit optimistic

My greatest concern is an absolutely brutal schedule, especially the first 8 games

huh, who would have guessed that the same people that drafted someone at #2 is saying positive things about them.

Let me know when A) you get him under contract, and B) when he does something in a real game.

Average starting NFL Guard seems to be getting $7 mill a year at the moment. $14 mil for one of the best? Eh....

Its not the worst contract ever but thats definitely not one you want to make, imo.
He's a Hall of Famer....

Im talking about reporters at the camp, trust me, they would not hesitate to tell us all how shitty he looks

I, like everyone else, like Barkley and I think the Giants line takes a big step forward and will change things dramatically. Love that 2nd round pick. But thankfully, there's this:
