That photo shoot is going to get Ronaldo's goat.

Boy that’s a fucking Messi situation.

On the one hand, Israel bears a lot of blame for moving the game, for politicizing it, for trying to shoehorn the second or third-best player in the world into being used for photo-ops that would be politicized in an atmosphere that needs to be de-politicized.

On the other, Argentina signed the agreement to play, they didn’t include final say on venue in the agreement, and by cancelling at the last minute it looks like they’re bowing to pressure from anti-Israel BDS boycotters.

The smart move would’ve been for the Argentine FA to have just pulled out of the match after the shit that went down at the border wall when the US moved their embassy to Jerusalem citing security concerns. Would’ve been very quiet and lost in the shuffle of those events. Of course, they were too busy printing pamphlets on how to pick up Russian women so...

Guedes and Ronaldo starting up front for Portugal looks promising.

Bruno Fernandes is fitting in nicely, too.

One week tomorrow until Spain :D

Davies is not long for the mls. Incredible marauding runs from him yesterday. With Osorio potentially going to ligamx, larin ending his season in turkey strong and davies bound for europe, cdn soccer has some hope for a change
