When it comes to 'news,' Jalopnik is pretty terrible. Having said that, the Fiesta in NA is gone. The Fusion I believe, will be put away for a bit and possibly return under a different name. Ford is making room for SUV/CUV's and need the plant space. The Focus will be made in China for a couple of years or so, but I don't think it's disappearing altogether.

All the cars were nearing the end of thier cycles.
No need to invest billions when the EV's are right around the corner
The rest of the world still seems to like cars
