The Sox announced an attendance of 10,000 something. Someone made a rough count (it didn't say when during the game) and posted it on line as 974. How much truth in that? The club management is not fielding the question....but quoting their "paid ticket totals".

Were you ever at the Dome in the mid to late 90s? We were not all that much better. God, I hated that building, especially for baseball.

Anyways, 2 out of 3 against the defending champs, with a 4 gamer against the White Sox coming up! This could be an interesting weekend with questionable weather going into the "home" series against Cleveland in Puerto Rico.

Were you ever at the Dome in the mid to late 90s? We were not all that much better. God, I hated that building, especially for baseball.

That place fucking sucked.

I was in Minneapolis for work and my meeting ended early and there happened to be a day game at the dome, so I went. It was a beautiful day, not a cloud in the sky and about 71 degrees. As I walked inside, I was instantly depressed.

That place was an inflatable toilet.

I did see Santana pitch though, so that was cool.
