TOMMY JOSEPH HAS BEEN DESIGNATED. Off the roster and gone. I am wondering why the Phillies
did not trade him for a low level minor league player. I would guess an American league team may
pick him up as a DH for his pop.

I figured he would be a good guy off the bench. Only Franco had more homers last year (24) than Joseph (22).

Yeah, I think Joseph will end up somewhere. They probably tried to trade him. He seems like he would be a good bench guy 1B/DH for some AL team.

The Phillies bats are weak this spring. Team batting average is .226.

I can see Arrieta giving up 4 runs in his first spring start to fool with our dreams. That's why it is important to keep a Bud or Captain Morgan close by.

A good IPA. That's what I need. These are hopped up brews with mostly fruity tastes. I have a list of the 50 best IPAs from last year but the top 50 can''t be found anywhere.

I found one that came in at #12. Pulp Friction, that happens to be brewed by RaR Brewing/Civil Society Brewing (Cambridge, Maryland / Jupiter, Florida) ABV: 7.8%. So, since you live along the east coast, I was thinking maybe you could check it out. "the beer rubs the tongue with the flavors of squeezed oranges and Orange Julius smoothies, while pineapple chunks and a hint of garlic powder linger at the edges of the palate. "

Now watching Villanova taking care of Radford and getting smashed on two IPAs I just found at Wegmans. Goose IPA and Great Lakes Commodor Perry IPA. Both excellent. Great Lake a little better. Whoopie!

I think Pulp Fiction was a limited Brew. I now live near Jupiter Florida by the way. I am not into orange flavors.
Whatever floats your boat I suppose.

I took a drive down A1A in the early 70s and remember that area being very sparsely populated and desirable compared to Lauderdale and south. Five years ago, it seemed almost fully developed but still desirable and a decent place to live.

You are correct. Has developed into a high income residential area. Gasoline is actually 20 cents a gallon more
than some surrounding areas. Got money? Get gouged!

Hey jvett. Miller light has a new beer called two Hats. Comes in lime and pineapple flavors. 4.9 percent alcohol.
They think the younger crowd will drink it.

Not a big deal. Someone else will get a chance. We are OK in pitching options if no one else gets hurt.
yeah, I hope so. But Kyle Kendrick is still available as a Free agent. Really would like to see him retire a Phillie....

Franco needs to be DFAd, Kingery is the far superior player and it's not even close
