I still don’t get how a team called “The Tigers” has the tradition of a fucking bird flying around before the game?
It's a shame such a magnificent symbol of this great country is kept in captivity for the sole purpose of making a few retards go "Wow. Wook at dat! Woah weegle fambly!" before a football game. Just another example of the embarrassing culture from our orange headed little step children.

I never understood Auburn's extremely unoriginal nickname......Tigers.....really?

Same as Mizzou, LSU, Clemson, and Memphis.

There should be a rule: each school in a conference must have a unique nickname........

except for the whole changing of conferences thing.

It’s a a shame that your fan base is focused on taking life and not protecting it like the world recognized raptor program at Auburn University. We protect our natural resources instead of killing them.

See, that's how dumb they are, they think dinosaurs still exist.

Script Ohio is the greatest tradition.

If OSU fans knew they stole the ‘Ohio Script’ from the Michigan Band, I’m not sure they’d be calling it the greatest tradition.

Typical answer from a fan base that counts their number one tradition as getting drunk and arrested. Don’t believe me just look at mug shots in the state of Alabama after a Bama loss.

Stupid fans are stupid fans. Wasn't me.

But, Auburn is the most drunk city in Alabama I seen a few days ago.

Even better: "War Eagle" isn't even about a damn bird or mascot to start with, and I don't even think they have a real clue what started it because there are like 3 or 4 different stories about it.

Think Chewbacar said they stole it from a Georgia alum too in one of the versions.

#2 Tradition is claiming national titles when placing as far down as 6th in the conference.

Never happened.

I'm assuming you mean 1941, where Alabama was the 5th highest ranked SEC team. However, they finished #3 in the SEC that year.

But look closer and you'll see Alabama had more conference wins than another team in the conference that year - 5 wins. Which coincidentally is the number of conference games most SEC teams played that year, Alabama played 7. Tennessee, the team who finished "2nd" only played 4 conference games, and still managed to lose 1 - to Alabama.

So yeah, Alabama played 7 conference games that year while everyone else played 4 or 5.

And at the other end of the spectrum Baylor finished dead last with their tradition of r*pe.

Where did the OU tradition of punching girls land?

OU's tradition is beating texas

I'm not sure you know how tradition works, you've literally lost more games than you've won vs Texas. Start small, maybe say "our tradition is beating Oklahoma state."

Great information. I just like to take the friendly pot shot every now and again. Much respect here for Bear, Coach Saban and the program as a whole. Bama cheats!!!! :suds:
